About the role

As a Microsoft 365 expert, you will become a key player in our digital workplace. You will develop, drive, and manage the entire M365 environment and design the architecture that makes our IT both secure and modern. You will closely collaborate with our internal teams and in international forums, and engage with Microsoft’s own experts when needed. The role suits you if you are a self-driven doer who drives change and improvements, while also being communicative, service-oriented, and comfortable in dialogue with both end-users and the business.

Your responsibilities

• Establish business-effective M365 solutions for our employees.

• Continuously evaluate the M365 and Azure portfolio and suggest improvements.

• Build and maintain our M365 roadmap (rollout of new features/products).

• Design and implement governance, security, and compliance according to best practices.

• Administer and document the environment (Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune/SCCM, Defender, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange Online, Office, etc.).

• Act as 3rd line for M365 incidents and requests.

• Train and support users and drive adoption throughout the organization.

• Drive internal IT projects related to the IT workplace/M365

About you

• At least 3 years of experience in a broad M365 role (development/management).

• Deep technical knowledge of M365's capabilities, roadmap, and how the services interact.

• Ability to design, develop, and implement solutions in M365 (preferably with the support of Power Platform).

• Broad platform understanding: Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune/SCCM, Defender, Compliance.

Preferred qualifications

• Certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, MS-102, MS-204.

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate/BI) and Azure services.

• Experience with governance, security/compliance, and PowerShell.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview.
