About the position We are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic and growing group based in Kristianstad. We offer a workplace where projects and entrepreneurship are in focus. The role of estimator suits you who are sharp with numbers, enjoy analyzing and calculating projects, and have a natural ability to find solutions to both challenges and complex problems. You always think one step ahead and are driven to create successful results.

Your tasks will include everything from market monitoring, complete project estimation, and preparing documentation for bids. You will have overall responsibility for developing estimates and pricing based on the request for proposal.

Skills and personal qualities To be successful in the role of estimator, we see that you have a technical education in construction from a university, college, or vocational training and several years of experience as an estimator or equivalent in earthworks, road, railway, and/or civil engineering. We also see that you have experience in estimation and bidding for projects with the Transport Administration and/or municipalities.

As a person, you are driven, structured, and decisive, with a desire to develop together with the team. You should also be someone who enjoys taking personal responsibility while being able to collaborate easily with both colleagues and external parties.

A B driver's license is a requirement. You must also be proficient in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
