At Norlandia Preschools, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a preschool teacher at our preschool called Skogsbacken in Hovmantorp. We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to the children's needs. We work through our profile; "Animals and Nature" which means that we spend time outdoors, cultivate, and integrate with the preschool's animals (those we have now and those that will come).

Qualifications:

• Preschool teacher education (required).
• Previous experience working in preschool is highly meritorious.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• You have good knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to the development of the organization together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.
• You have good knowledge of Office365.
• Experience in outdoor education is meritorious.

It is easy to reach us from Växjö by train or bus. If you drive, it takes about 20 minutes.

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you professional development every semester based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will take part in our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and through offerings in our digital learning platform.  

Employment type: Permanent

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: Daytime, evening meeting once a month

Start date: As soon as possible

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
