About the position

Are you a solution-oriented person who enjoys working in a dynamic and social environment? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

In this role as Facility Coordinator, you will be the "spider in the web" by being responsible for managing daily operational tasks related to our client's premises. You will assist with everything from ordering furniture and managing deliveries to following up with cleaning companies and resolving daily issues regarding the facilities. Every day is unique and full of challenges, requiring flexibility and an unpretentious approach.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Driving license B

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations, and the position requires Swedish citizenship.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
