Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and love making deals? Do you have experience in B2B sales or have you perhaps previously worked in telecom or retail (such as Elgiganten or similar)? Then Officetel could be your next challenge!
With us, you will have the opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment where innovation and customer focus are at the center. We are looking for an engaged Account Manager who wants to help deliver tailored communication solutions to companies across Sweden.
As an Account Manager with us, you will be responsible for:
- Building and developing your own customer base by creating long-term and strong relationships.
- Working with proactive sales towards both new and existing customers within the SME segment (5-250 employees).
- Identifying customer needs and offering the market's best and most cost-effective telephony and communication solutions.
- Managing the entire sales process – from generating interest to closing the deal.
- Staying updated on market trends and adapting your strategies to meet customer needs.

We are looking for someone who
- Has at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within telecom or retail.
- Has experience in proactive sales via phone and is comfortable handling both new and existing customers.
- Is a solution-oriented relationship builder with strong social skills.
- Is self-driven, motivated, and accustomed to working towards clear goals and budgets.
- Has good computer and email skills as well as knowledge of Excel and possibly CRM systems (e.g., Notyfile, Upsales, HubSpot).
- Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
Meritorious but not a requirement:
- Driver's license B.
- Experience working in Tele2's systems.
Working conditions
- Working hours: Monday–Thursday 09.00–17.00, Friday 09.00–16.00.
- Employment type: Probationary employment for 6 months with the possibility of permanent employment.
