About the Position

We at Ikett Personalpartner are now looking for an experienced technical support specialist for one of our clients in Finspång!

In this role, you will have direct contact with the company's customers and provide technical support and service to users of its products. Your tasks will include customer support, troubleshooting, documentation, and product training. The work involves collaboration with other departments within the company.

The working hours are during the day, and the position is to start immediately or as agreed. The assignment is planned to continue indefinitely with a good chance of employment with the client company.

Your Profile

We would like you to have:

Experience in technical support, customer service, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaboration skills since the work is conducted at our customers' sites. We continuously review incoming applications and will only contact those who meet the application requirements.
