Hedin Automotive British Car AB is a subsidiary of Hedin Mobility Group Ab and consists of a total of four facilities in Gothenburg, Malmö, Halmstad, and Linköping. We exclusively work with the premium brands Jaguar and Land Rover.

At the Linköping facility, there are currently 6 employees, of which 4 work in the workshop and parts department.

Responsibilities

As Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of both the workshop, parts department, and our customer reception at the facility. The overall responsibility involves creating an efficient and secure operation by maintaining and developing existing routines. An important part of the role is to create conditions for high customer satisfaction. The role includes turnover, occupancy, and profit responsibility for our service market and driving these towards set goals and key performance indicators.

Much focus is placed on leadership and responsibility for the entire employment cycle - from recruitment, management and distribution of work, resource and competency assurance, development and engagement of staff, and salary setting - to establishing and maintaining a safe and regular working environment. You also have responsibility for capital assets such as cars, tools, equipment, and machinery.

Key competencies/abilities:

• Automotive technical education
• Valid driver's license required
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in official/unofficial leadership
• Good general IT skills
• Ability to achieve business goals, as well as develop and improve processes for the business
• You are ambitious, performance-oriented, and willing to make decisions
• Initiate business opportunities and always keep business possibilities in mind
• Driven to inspire others and create a good team spirit
