We are now looking for an engaged municipal guide for the Community Development Administration in Kinda municipality, focusing on processing and service in the areas of transport services, parking permits, and school transport. This is a developing role where you can contribute to ensuring that residents receive the service and guidance they are entitled to.

About us at the Community Development Administration:

The Community Development Administration is one of Kinda municipality's four administrations and works with community development and service for the residents. Our goal is to create a sustainable, safe, and accessible municipality where residents receive the support they need in their daily lives. As a municipal guide, you will be an important part of our Contact Center and a central link between the municipality and the citizens.

Your role as a municipal guide

Your role as a municipal guide involves processing applications and providing service in matters related to transport services, school transport, and parking permits for people with disabilities. You have a responsible assignment where you ensure that applications are handled correctly, legally, and with high quality. You will be responsible for processing applications within transport services, school transport, and parking permits, ensuring correct registration and documentation of cases in the municipality's administrative system, and providing guidance and service to residents by answering questions about the municipality's services and processes, both digitally, by phone, and in personal meetings. The role also includes collaborating with other administrations and ensuring that cases are processed according to applicable regulations and routines, as well as actively participating in the development of our Contact Center by contributing to improved work processes and communication efforts.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A post-secondary education in administration, processing, communication, or service, or other education that we consider equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in processing or administrative work, preferably in the public sector.
• Experience in processing transport services, school transport, or parking permits is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of case management, record-keeping, and registration in administrative systems.
• Very good computer skills and experience working in systems such as Office 365, EDP Vision Geosecma, Drip, and Raindance.
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
