Your Role

As a Product Sales Representative at Component Maintenance and Test Equipment, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing customer relationships throughout the sales process for our services and products in support, maintenance, and testing. This way, you can influence the larger context as we prepare and implement business development with existing and new customers.

You will work with business development in accordance with Saab's business process, where you are responsible for customer relationships throughout the flow, both in marketing and sales. You will have a central role with responsibility for marketing and sales of services and products in support, maintenance, and testing, primarily within Sweden but also internationally. Our team is characterized by effective and engaging collaboration in a supportive atmosphere with great development opportunities where we share knowledge and have a solution-oriented focus in our work.

Responsibilities for the role include:

• Maintaining relationships with customers and authorities and using these as a basis to further develop our business with new customers and markets
• Analyzing and assessing relevant customer needs and trends that match Saab's product portfolio in support, maintenance, and testing
• Identifying and creating new customer offers
• Developing sales strategies tailored to each customer and market

The role includes travel as an important part of the job is to visit our customers within Sweden and internationally.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you are good at quickly orienting yourself in unfamiliar environments and relating smoothly to people regardless of personality and culture. You are attentive to others and are perceived as clear in your communication as you adapt your way of communicating based on the situation and the recipient's conditions. You also have a good ability to ensure that both parties share the same understanding and intentions within the dialogue. This applies both in your daily communication in speech and writing as well as in larger presentations. The work is conducted in both Swedish and English, which requires excellent skills in both spoken and written forms of both languages.

We believe you have experience and enjoy working with marketing and sales with a focus on services. This is evident in how you take responsibility and drive business processes forward and that you can maintain calm and structure even during peak work periods. Your ability to handle and analyze a lot of information will often be utilized in your work.

If you have experience working in an international environment, it can be advantageous, but what is crucial is that you have a generally good approach to business acumen, which includes understanding cultural and political aspects, customer economic status, customer organization, procurement processes, decision-making processes, and legislation.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
