For one of our clients, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Project Support person for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. This assignment offers you the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. Initially, this is a consulting assignment for about 11 months via Unik Resurs, with a good chance of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled system engineer to support our four departments in electrical design. You will work with a variety of tasks, from support in SAP and PLM to participating in improvement projects and process updates.

Responsibilities

Provide support to four departments in electrical design, including SAP, PLM, process updates, and improvement projects.
Act as a link between the department and other professional groups within the company.
Handle repetitive tasks such as TB input and PLM administration.
Participate in and contribute to various smaller improvement projects.
Perform administrative tasks, including updating statistical files on a weekly basis.

Your Profile

Qualifications

Solid administrative skills with experience in managing complex business systems.
Customer-oriented with good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Fluent in both Swedish and English.
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively.
Good IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Enjoy working with data and have extensive experience with office programs, specifically Excel.

Desirable Skills

Previous experience with Siemens systems.
Experience with SAP.
Knowledge of SharePoint and Visio.
Background in improvement and process work.
Previous experience from Siemens Energy.
