Company
Servistore has been offering Self Storage services to individuals and businesses since 2006. We currently have facilities in various locations across Sweden, all managed by our support team in Linköping. Our service is entirely digital, which we were the first to offer in Europe within our industry.
The Job
We are looking for a person to join our support department, which is the team responsible for all customer contacts. We communicate with customers and stakeholders via phone and email, guiding them in choosing services, providing information, solving problems, and helping customers get the most value from our service.
In our support team, you won’t spend the entire workday in customer contact; your role will also include administrative tasks, technical solutions related to the business, and more. The team has ongoing routines that are distributed among members weekly, as well as individual responsibilities.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is attentive and curious in their interactions with others. You enjoy the challenge of providing excellent service while ensuring that your delivery leads to success for both the customer and the business.
You thrive in collaboration, and it comes naturally for you to be engaged and take responsibility. You are the team member who actively takes on tasks, enjoys challenges, helps out, and contributes to your collective success.
You appreciate working in an organization with clear procedures to follow that help you drive your work forward and get things done. A good workday for you is varied, with a mix of routine and unplanned tasks.
What You Can Do:
- Provide excellent service; you likely have experience in this area and have developed your skills.
- Communicate effectively in both spoken and written form, primarily in Swedish, but also basic English.
- Be proficient in using Teams, Outlook, Excel, and business systems as daily work tools. It is a strong advantage if you enjoy technical solutions and view working in a company where technology is a key success factor positively.
- Work administratively, which requires both the ability to work systematically and accurately, as well as the ability to follow instructions and solve problems independently.
- Drive a car, but you do not need to have access to one.
Working Hours and Workplace
We do not offer the possibility of remote work in this position. However, we have a pleasant and social office located centrally near the travel center in Linköping, where you will have both your closest colleagues and other coworkers.
Working hours are weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, but in support, you will also work weekends approximately once a month. A weekend consists of a total of 8 hours of work, and you will have a day off the following week instead. There is an opportunity to utilize flexible hours in consultation with the team, but if you are looking for very flexible working hours, we will not be able to accommodate that.
Other
The position is permanent, starting in the spring of 2025. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
Application and Process
We are accepting applications until January 26.
