About the Company

We are an organically growing entrepreneurial company with a familial and innovative feel, and with quality in everything we do. We started in 2006 in Norrköping with a groundbreaking idea, namely to change the way circuit board manufacturing is done. The innovation journey began back in 2001 when our CEO Staffan Nordlinder was hired as a researcher at The Swedish Research Institute (RISE). The result after many years of research in electronics was a world-unique product. Now we support manufacturers in Automotive, LED Light, and RFID with machines to create a flexible, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective production of circuit boards. Today, we are ten people with different specialist competencies.

Job Responsibilities

As an operator with us, you will be responsible for machine handling, material handling, and monitoring the production process. You will perform sampling, quality controls, and documentation. The role also includes operation and maintenance of machines, preparations for the next production round, and cleaning according to established routines.

You will work together with a colleague in a shift team of two persons with support from an engineer. We are a small company in a growing phase. Today, we are a close-knit team of ten people who help each other to achieve our common goals. This means that tasks may vary depending on production needs. You can expect a mix of machine handling, simpler mechanical maintenance, and other tasks that contribute to efficient production.

We offer a stimulating work environment with opportunities for both personal and professional development. Working hours are scheduled for 2-shift (day/evening).

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys a team-oriented environment. Previous experience as an operator is an advantage, but the most important thing is your commitment and willingness to learn. Otherwise, we believe you recognize yourself in and are described by others as:

• Computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Forklift license
