We at Sofidel Sweden in Kisa are looking for you who are interested in an exciting and challenging summer internship in our factory during the summer of 2025! We are looking for new stars to staff our production as parts of our regular staff go on vacation. This is in our modern factory that contains advanced technology and automation. With the internship, we offer you a qualified job with opportunities to develop in a social and international environment. After the summer, there may also be an opportunity for extension.

In the role of line operator in our converting department, your main tasks will be to independently operate machine equipment as well as to set up, adjust, and optimize the process. As a line operator, you will perform quality controls to ensure the product according to our routines. The work involves shift work where you, together with your shift, work towards common goals, where safety, quality, and productivity are important cornerstones. You preferably have a forklift and overhead crane license, but otherwise, we will train you on site. Here we have intermittent 3-shift work.

About you

You are good at collaborating with different types of people and you also find that to be a really fun part of the job! As a person, we believe that you are proactive, positive, and that you always want to do your best to deliver high quality in your work. To thrive with us, we believe that you, just like us, are a person who enjoys working independently but also together in a team. Additionally, you preferably have good knowledge of both Swedish and English. We also see that you are at least 18 years old as night work occurs and have an ongoing or completed high school education. You should also preferably have a driver's license and access to your own car if you do not live in Kisa.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old, referring to the Work Environment Authority's guidelines for night work.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English
• High school competence or currently studying

Meritorious

• Experience in industrial work
• Experience in shift work or night work
• Forklift license
• Overhead crane license
