We are now looking for a driven and responsible CNC operator/production technician for our client.

In this role, you will work operationally in production while also taking on a more technical and leadership role where you support and drive the work in the department. Responsibilities

As a CNC operator/production technician, you will have a central role in the CNC department with both technical responsibility and some personnel responsibility. Your main tasks include:

• Overall responsibility for the production and technical work of the CNC department.
• Support and lead the team in the department to achieve set goals.
• Work with and optimize CNC machines as needed, both in larger and smaller series.
• Act as a technically knowledgeable resource in the department with a focus on being solution-oriented.
• In case of personnel shortages, e.g., due to illness, work operationally in the machines.
• Develop and improve processes to ensure efficient production.

Over time, you will become an important right-hand person to the personnel manager and a key person for the department's development.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Good knowledge of CNC machining.
• Experience working with CNC machines, with the ability and WILLINGNESS to solve technical challenges.
• A natural ability to lead and support teams with confidence and engagement.
• Interest and understanding of taking technical responsibility and developing the department.
• Ability to take initiative and thrive in a role with both practical and leadership responsibilities.

• Employment type: Full-time, 2-shift.
• Employment: Initially through us at Q with a possibility of direct employment with the client company in the long term.
• Location: Mjölby.
