Background

For our expanding client, we are looking for a skilled junior CNC operator with technical talent. The company is in a growth phase and needs to strengthen the team with one or two skilled junior operators. You live within a radius around Norrköping but also Linköping, Nyköping, and Katrineholm.

Responsibilities

As a junior CNC operator in the company, you will receive thorough internal training in various control systems and work your way in by shadowing an experienced operator. The company works with mechanical machining of metal. Great precision and accuracy are required as the details you will produce are advanced. You are calm and systematic as a person and a social and good colleague. Emphasis is placed on your suitability and technical talent.

You have a knack for learning new processes and control systems. The company will invest in you to give you the right conditions to succeed.

The machines are pre-programmed, but knowledge of directional reading and an interest in programming are a plus. You will work in two shifts.

Competencies

Technical high school competence preferably with programming

You are calm, social, patient, and have a great technical interest

Good knowledge of Swedish and preferably some English.

Since the workplace is accessible by car, a driver's license and car are required.
