Your Crew

Our production team at our brand new factory in Linköping currently consists of approximately 30 dedicated individuals and is led by both Joakim and Jari. Coming from different backgrounds, we complement each other and benefit from each other's experiences. Here, we are a team that likes to take initiative and solve problems together. As we are still building up our production, there are great opportunities to influence and improve how we work - perfect for those who like to be involved in shaping things from the beginning! Your Mission

• Be responsible for our 7-axis machine with dual machine tables and a 9-meter stroke length on the X-axis.

• Contribute to developing the machine from prototype manufacturing to serial production.

• Work in a cross-functional CNC team with close collaboration with programmers, production engineers, and planning.

• Manage and optimize the machine's performance to ensure high productivity and quality.

• Contribute your ideas to improve processes and workflows.

• Participate in troubleshooting and innovation regarding the machine's use.

• Work in different shifts as work outside daytime may occur.

Your Story

• Education in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience, or a great curiosity to learn.

• Experience in CNC milling and working with at least a 5-axis machine is a plus.

• Knowledge of Siemens control systems and blueprint reading is advantageous.

• Experience working with carbon fiber is advantageous.

• A calm, methodical work approach with a focus on precision and quality.

• A strong commitment and responsibility for the machine and its operation.

• Ability to collaborate and enjoy achieving common goals with your team.
