About the Position

This role involves working with the installation of electrical systems, such as control and power cabling, on machines. The tasks also include building electrical cabinets, both large and small. The work is carried out according to drawings. The position entails daily collaboration and communication with other electricians as well as other parts of production.

The work takes place in a workshop environment where there is an opportunity to gain insight into the entire production chain. The company is at the forefront of technology and has world-leading technical solutions that facilitate and streamline work in the electrical department. This includes machines that measure, cut, and crimp cables, as well as machines that automatically punch holes in sheet metal according to drawings.

There is also some work on-site with customers globally. As a newcomer to the department, you will be introduced to your tasks and receive the support you need from both your manager and your new colleagues.

The start date for the assignment is immediate or according to agreement. Working hours are during the day, with flexibility possible. The assignment involves an initial employment with Ikett, with a good chance of direct employment with the company.

Your Profile

To qualify for the role, relevant education in electrical and automation/installation as well as workshop experience is required. Knowledge in reading wiring/cable tables, layouts, and circuit diagrams is also necessary. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required.

Experience in similar roles and certifications such as overhead crane license, mobile work platforms, and/or hot work permits are advantageous.

Your confidence in working independently is high, while you also have a sense of quality and good collaboration skills. Personal qualities we value highly include accuracy, structure, and the ability to take initiative.
