Sales Associates Wanted for Lindex in Linköping and Norrköping

We are looking for more associates to join our pool for Lindex stores in Linköping and Norrköping. It is an advantage if you can work in both cities. You will be employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of Lindex, moving between the chain's various stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book your shifts via our app.

Job Responsibilities

As a sales associate, you will be involved in all regular store tasks such as sales at the register and on the floor, customer service, inventory, and restocking. As a sales associate, you always provide a great customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store.

Experience/Qualifications:

You must have another primary occupation for at least one year going forward. This can be in the form of studies at least 50%, part-time work at least 50% (casual or hourly employment does not count), or you are a self-employed person with active F-tax.
You have completed high school education.
You have previously worked as a sales associate with personal sales in retail.
It is a REQUIREMENT that you can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week; in addition, there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings.
You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice.
You have good language skills in Swedish and English.
