About the role

As an order coordinator, you will play a central role where you are responsible for driving and coordinating projects within production and development. The role involves working with multiple points of contact and collaborating with functions such as production technology, planning, purchasing, quality control, and manufacturing. Your work will be crucial in ensuring successful project deliveries.

Responsibilities:

– Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within production and development.

– Ensure that project goals and established metrics are met and follow up on results.

– Identify and manage risks that may affect the success of the projects.

– Maintain and develop good relationships with relevant stakeholders.

– Report the project's status and progress to governing groups.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

– A relevant technical degree or equivalent work experience.

– Experience in project management or similar coordinating roles.

– Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

– A driver's license.

Preferred experiences:

– Knowledge of production processes such as planning, preparation, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, and delivery.

– Experience coordinating projects within industrialization or development.

– Previous experience in production management.
