Inside Sales Representative at Verisure

About the Department

The department consists of several experienced inside sales representatives who work hard to achieve our set goals. We are now looking for a persistent inside sales representative who will work with outgoing calls to our customers who have chosen to cancel their alarms, to try to understand why and if we can do something to keep them on their journey with us as customers at Verisure. Additionally, you will offer upgrades.

Job Responsibilities

Existing customers are the focus of this department. Your main goal is to ensure that the customer remains safe and secure in their home. And to make them as satisfied as possible, so they want to continue being customers with us at Verisure.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is driven and enjoys working towards set goals, who wants to go the extra mile for our customers and who feels that a variable salary is motivating. You have completed high school, have good computer skills, and enjoy talking to customers on the phone. To succeed in the role, you enjoy a fast pace and are solution-oriented, a good listener, and communicate in a clear and inspiring way to capture and maintain the customer's interest.

Does this sound interesting? The position is a project employment until December 31, 2025, but there are good opportunities for extension.

You will be based at our headquarters on Gumpekullavägen in Linköping. We work weekdays, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
