Who are you? During the autumn term, we see that many of our clients are looking for experienced support technicians for exciting assignments. We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus who enjoys providing professional service. You are a quick learner and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and technologies. Furthermore, you need to be able to adapt to different client needs to solve their problems. As a person, you are cheerful and social and have an easy time collaborating with others. We prefer that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple cases and processes simultaneously. In this position, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. You should be located in Stockholm, as our assignments are located in central Stockholm.

Your experience

We see that you have at least a high school education, preferably in IT support/technology. Furthermore, we expect you to have at least 1 to 3 years of work experience in IT support. Alternatively, you have work experience in another technical role within IT and a strong interest and work experience in support.

• Good knowledge of applications included in MS Office 2010/13/16
• Basic knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP
• Good knowledge of supporting computers with Windows 10/11
• Good knowledge of administration in Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Teams or services in Office365
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server
• Familiarity with ITIL
• Good knowledge of supporting PC & MAC
• Good knowledge of hardware and peripherals
• Experience with ticketing systems
