We are now looking for an experienced UX Lead for an exciting assignment. The role involves driving and leading the strategic UX work in the development of a new internal user interface. The focus is on creating a cohesive, sustainable, and user-friendly experience that supports the organization's goals and needs.

As UX Lead, you will be responsible for developing an overarching UX framework, leading needs analyses, working closely with requirements and process teams as well as development teams, and ensuring that the users' voice permeates the entire design process.

Responsibilities

Needs Analyses

• Map and analyze current workflows in collaboration with requirements and process teams
• Lead user interviews, observations, and workshops
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma

Strategy and Design Framework

• Develop and establish an overarching UX strategy for internal interfaces
• Ensure accessibility and adaptation for different user groups
• Create guidelines for a cohesive user experience

Design Development and Improvement

• Collaborate with the development team for implementation and iterations
• Create clickable prototypes and evaluate user flows
• Follow up on user experience and drive continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in UX work in complex systems or B2B environments
• Good understanding of case management tools and preferably experience from the insurance industry
• Experience leading workshops and driving user-centered processes
• Knowledge of service design is a plus
• Very good knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Ability to translate goals and user needs into concrete design solutions
• Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
