We are now looking for a financial assistant with a focus on accounts payable for an exciting consulting assignment in the real estate industry. The assignment is 100% for at least 6 months, with a chance of extension.

About the role:

In this role, you will become a key person in a larger team. You will be responsible for ensuring that supplier invoices are handled correctly and on time, and you will serve as an important contact point both internally and externally. The role also involves contributing to the development and automation of routines within accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that supplier invoices are handled correctly, from registration and coding to accounting.
• Manage payments and ensure that reporting is done correctly.
• Follow up and manage reminders.
• Provide support to the organization regarding orders and invoice management.
• Participate in the work with monthly and annual financial statements.
• Actively contribute to improving, developing, and streamlining routines and processes within accounts payable.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in the real estate industry
• Documented experience in accounts payable
• Good knowledge of financial systems and the Fenix business system
• Interest in systems and preferably experience with system changes
• Experience in automating processes and routines within finance
• Good communication skills in Swedish
