We are now looking for a social pedagogue (or equivalent education) at Kung Saga Gymnasium in Telefonplan, our adapted upper secondary school with an artistic focus. Your role In your role as a social pedagogue, you help create a safe foundation for our students who need extraordinary support and specially designed pedagogy and social training. Together with the teacher, you plan and structure the school day based on tailored pedagogy that provides predictability and security. You are there to support the students throughout the school day, in lessons, during breaks, and possibly during leisure activities. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate students to develop their abilities and create opportunities for learning. Your tasks also include some documentation.About Kung Saga Gymnasium Kung Saga Gymnasium has an artistic focus on music, theater, dance, and visual arts. We have about 45 students enrolled at the school.

We work with theater, music, visual arts, and dance combined with theoretical subjects to make teaching as concrete and enjoyable as possible for the students. We have fantastic facilities including a music studio, dance hall, rehearsal room, and a large auditorium with a stage. We are a creative and cheerful team of 30 employees. The school is located at Telefonplans torg, 1 minute from Telefonplan subway station.

Your experience and knowledge We assume that you who are applying to us: • have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people • are responsible and have personal maturity • enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

You have a degree as a social pedagogue or equivalent education, such as treatment assistant, treatment pedagogue, or teaching assistant. You have experience working with the target group, students with neuropsychiatric disabilities and/or intellectual disabilities.

You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
