Does this description fit you?

We are looking for a registered nurse with professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated to work with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us. You will work alongside two colleagues and be the nursing responsible nurse for one floor with HSL responsibility for the operation.

In our accommodations, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you will also be the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to close care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level are taking place in the accommodation. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.

As a nurse at Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. You are part of the team that works to empower the individual. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operation.

Our values are Care, Engagement, and Competence. Do you share them?
