WELCOME to work with us at Flemingsberg Health Center in Flemingsberg Center, close to both buses and commuter trains, approximately 15 minutes to the central station.

Since 2014, we have been an academic health center focusing on students, research, and patient safety.

About us

At the health center, there is a general practitioner clinic, district nurse clinic, home healthcare, child health care, social worker, and laboratory. We provide health care to the population in our local area as well as others who seek our services. You should enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Job Responsibilities:

As a doctor with us, you will be offered a varied job within the broad field of general medicine, where you will meet and consult patients of all ages and situations. In your work, you will have the opportunity to receive guidance and mentorship from experienced specialists in general medicine.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor with a degree pending AT service with a decision from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
  • It is an advantage if you have previously worked at a health center and within primary care.

Personal Qualities:

You have good empathetic skills and appreciate the daily clinical patient work with its complexity and variation. Providing a good reception is a given. We believe that you as a person are positive, solution-oriented, and flexible. You can and enjoy working independently as well as in a team. Furthermore, you have good collaboration and organizational skills.

Employment Type

Fixed-term employment for 6 months with the possibility of extension. 100% Mon-Fri daytime. Immediate start or as agreed.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County healthcare area:

  • register control is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching instructions for register control at employment.
  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to applicable directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
  • in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
