Employment Consultant for Lumena Plus.

Lumena+ is a continuation of the successful regional project Lumena that has been ongoing for the past three years. The Södertälje subproject now focuses on the group aged 30-64 in Lumena+. The project is funded by the ESF, European Social Fund, and runs for three years. The project is organized within the Lumena unit, which also includes the Alis operation and the ESF project Own Path for Youth. In Lumena, we support individuals in finding work or education using structured and evidence-based methods, IPS and CM. Participants receive support in all areas of life based on individual needs. We are now looking for an Employment Consultant.
 

Your responsibilities

You will support participants based on their own wishes to choose, obtain, and retain work or education. The support is tailored individually. You will use your time to connect with employers and develop your own matching skills. The method we work from is called IPS (please read more on the Socialstyrelsen website). This method helps us in our daily work with principles for our work and a clear structure. An important part of the job also involves developing collaboration with various employers. The position is aimed at the target group aged 18-64 who seek Lumena and Alis on their own and wish for support in work or studies.
 

Who are you?

Requirements:
- You have a university degree in the field, preferably in behavioral science or occupational therapy.
- You have experience working with people with different backgrounds.
- You enjoy working on-site with participants and can build support in the work situation together with employers and participants.

Meritorious:
- You have practical experience and training in the IPS method.
- You have experience with rehabilitative work methods.

Personal qualities
- We are looking for qualities such as curiosity, openness, and a positive belief in participants' abilities to work or study.
