At Nytida Rånäs, we are now looking for a dedicated nurse for a full-time position. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:30, with one day per week (Monday to Thursday) when working hours are instead from 07:00 to 15:30.
With us, you will work alongside a colleague, where you both are responsible for your work through close and unpretentious collaboration.
About Nytida RånäsNytida Rånäs is located in a beautiful natural environment near Rånäs Castle. The operations are aimed at individuals with mental health issues, substance abuse, and comorbidity. Here, 40+30 individuals aged 21 and above reside in 2 facilities.
We work in teams and closely around each individual, always based on the needs, conditions, and wishes of the individual.
About the roleAs a nurse with us, you have the overall responsibility for health and medical care interventions (HSL). This includes, among other things, that you:
work to promote the physical and mental health of the residents
establish and follow up care and health plans
are responsible for medication management
perform standard nursing tasks within municipal health and medical care
You are part of the team around each resident together with the group manager and support staff. Your role is central to our joint efforts to provide each person with the right support and conditions for a meaningful life.
We actively work to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues and meet each individual with respect, knowledge, and a person-centered approach.
Your experience and competenceYou are a licensed nurse and have a strong interest in psychiatric care. Our residents often have comorbidity with substance abuse, making experience in this area particularly valuable.
Further education in psychiatry and/or experience in similar work is an advantage.
About youWe are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and has a positive outlook. You have personal maturity, are willing to share your knowledge, and actively contribute to a good working environment.
You also have:
good computer skills
good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
