Junior QA Specialist (Parental Leave Cover)
Do you have a scientific background, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow within the pharmaceutical industry? We are now looking for an engaged Junior QA Specialist for a parental leave cover of about one year, with good opportunities for extension for the right person. Here you will get a unique chance to learn quality assurance (QA) from the ground up in an international company.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Junior QA Specialist, you will be part of their quality team, which is primarily responsible for quality assurance, regulatory affairs, adverse event management, and medical information. You will be a key player in the daily work of ensuring the highest quality for their products in the Nordic market. Your main task will be to handle customer complaints, but you will also support the team in broader quality assurance efforts.
Chiesi Pharma is a global company headquartered in Italy, where you will have daily contact with colleagues in other functions within the Nordic organization. In this role, you will be based at their office on Klara Norra Kyrkogata in central Stockholm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
The role primarily involves being responsible for customer complaints and assisting in other quality assurance work within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Daily handling of incoming complaints from the Nordic countries, including initial assessment, correspondence with manufacturers, and responses to customers.
- Updating instructions (Standard Operating Procedures) and templates for handling complaints.
- Reviewing and assessing incoming documentation.
- Managing temperature deviations.
- Assisting in quality assurance work according to GDP, e.g., with deviation handling and change control matters.
- Answering simpler medical questions from healthcare and the public.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a scientific higher education, preferably with a pharmaceutical focus where a pharmacist degree is highly meritorious.
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Has a good understanding of Norwegian and Danish in writing.
- Has experience from internships or work within the pharmaceutical industry, where work in a pharmacy is highly meritorious.
- Is curious about the pharmaceutical industry and has a strong desire to learn and develop.
It is meritorious if you can:
- Communicate in Finnish, both spoken and written.
