About the organization

Kry healthcare center Älta, along with its home care and child health services, is located near Älta center. The healthcare center is characterized by a competent team with a family-like atmosphere where employees support, guide, and inspire each other. The team includes specialist doctors in general medicine, resident doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, and social workers. Currently, the medical team consists of 5 specialist doctors and 6 resident doctors. One of our resident doctors will finish this fall, making us 6 specialists on site, but we need to fill one resident position. The staff works towards a common goal with the patient in focus through collaboration and good treatment. About the role

As a licensed doctor at Kry, you will have varied tasks where you will have the opportunity to meet and advise many different patients, and contribute to developing and changing primary care where your ideas create value for the organization and Kry's efforts to improve primary care. Examples of tasks include doctor consultations, placements at child health services, home care, and supervision of resident and junior doctors. The healthcare center is fortunate to have several resident doctors and aims to be at the forefront of supervision. You will have the opportunity to develop the organization together with other employees and participate in improvement and quality work. The position will start with a six-month probationary period.

Qualifications & attributes

You have a Swedish medical license and a strong interest in general medicine. You have 1 year of experience working at a Swedish healthcare center. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is important that you can communicate fluently with patients, relatives, and colleagues. You place great emphasis on the holistic perspective in each individual patient meeting. You have a good attitude and prioritize putting the patient first. You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients. You are meticulous in your work and take great responsibility for your tasks.
