Job Description At Bladins Primary School, we take pride in our teaching and our skilled teachers. You will work alongside several competent colleagues where you have the opportunity to learn from each other and develop together within the profession. In the position as a teacher at Bladins Primary School, you will plan, develop, follow up, document, and evaluate the teaching of Swedish for grades 4-6. You will also actively participate in our development work where we strive to lead our students towards their goals based on their individual conditions. The position may also involve mentorship.

The position is a 100% permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.

Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 4-6. You should be engaged and willing to develop within your profession and drive the development of your subjects forward. You have excellent leadership qualities. You also have a very good ability to communicate and create positive sustainable relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. We expect you to be proactive in collegial learning and be accustomed to working interdisciplinary. You should be well-versed in formative approaches, cooperative learning, and have high digital competence. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About Us “Bladins strives for each of our students to develop into curious, knowledgeable, and caring young people who are well prepared to realize their dreams in a global world of diversity.” Bladins School is an independent school with a long history, consisting of preschool, primary school, international school, and high school with a total of over 1600 students. Approximately 840 students attend Bladins Primary School. Each grade consists of about 84 students divided into three groups. At the start of the school year for grades 1, 4, and 7, the students are mixed, and three new groups are formed. Prior to the mixing, a thorough process is conducted where mentors, teaching staff, student health, and school management assess the students' abilities both academically and socially to create new group constellations. This contributes to increased community at the school as students have the opportunity to build positive relationships with all peers in their grade. It also develops the student's independence, ability to collaborate, and appreciation of differences. At our school, every student is seen, and we cherish our everyday interactions with our students where we are clear adult role models. We work purposefully to ensure that our students develop and feel secure with multiple adults. The school is located in premises at Själlandstorget in central Malmö.
