About the Company

We are looking for an IT support technician on behalf of our client in the Stockholm area. This is a consulting assignment with the possibility of extension and for the right person, a direct hire. You will receive more information about the company during an interview with Asta Agency. 

About the Position

In the role of IT support technician, your main task is to provide support via phone, email, portal, and chat. You will guide users, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, as well as contribute to improving processes and developing the team's work. Working hours are scheduled and include both weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications and Attributes

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in a technical field, preferably from a university or college, who is passionate about technology and problem-solving. You have a genuine interest in IT and a strong desire to continuously develop your skills in the support area. As a person, you are communicative and easily establish good contact with users, even in stressful situations. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, with a keen eye for detail, while being solution-oriented and quickly finding ways forward when problems arise. You enjoy working in a team, contributing both your expertise and engagement, but also take responsibility for your own tasks. 

Additionally, we are looking for someone who has: 

• Previous experience working with user support/customer service.
• Retail experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar case management systems
• A strong user focus, is communicative, and enjoys helping others.
• Very good skills in both Swedish and English.

• Start: Immediately
• Location: Stockholm
• Scope: Full-time, consulting assignment with the possibility of extension
• Salary: According to agreement
