Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for assignments across multiple industries, with a strong focus on the public sector, banking/insurance, energy, and defense industries. The work is based on a strong interest in people, technology, and the bridge in between. The consultant role involves being an advisory partner to our clients and building trust.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, manage stakeholders, and drive process improvements. You will be responsible for identifying risks, analyzing data for better decision-making, and ensuring smooth implementation of IT solutions. Additionally, you will support change management and ensure that new systems and processes are effectively integrated into the business. Through your ability to communicate and build trust, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from operational to strategic.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, computer science, or business administration (master's degree is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and IT projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and good communication.
• Experience in project management and business processes.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience in agile development.
• Certifications such as CBAP/ECBA are advantageous.
• Consulting experience.
• Requirements work in the pre-study phase.
• Knowledge of LOU. Experience in banking/insurance and/or defense.
