We are looking for an experienced and driven requirements analyst/business analyst who wants to strengthen a project office with several parallel initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, project management, as well as development and architecture to capture, structure, and manage requirements – and to ensure that delivered solutions meet the business needs. You contribute throughout the entire chain, from needs analysis and requirements specification to testing and validation.

• Support project managers by planning and driving requirements work in the projects
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from relevant stakeholders
• Develop detailed requirements specifications and functional specifications
• Collaborate with development teams and architects to ensure that solution proposals meet business needs
• Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify, prioritize, and anchor requirements
• Participate in testing and validation to ensure that solutions meet defined requirements

• Experience in requirements management and process analysis
• Ability to understand and connect technical and business perspectives
• Experience in developing new applications and specifying requirements for the integration of SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into actionable requirements
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Experience in the auditing industry
