We are looking for an IT support technician for an onsite role where you will be part of the local IT support team, close to the business and users. The assignment is varied and combines classic IT support with handling equipment that is business-critical in the logistics chain.

You will support users in both office environments and out in logistics, where pace and presence are important parts of everyday life. Travel to other locations may occur as needed.

• Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, networks, and software
• Install, replace, and perform minor repairs on logistics equipment, such as scanners, handheld devices, photo cells, and cameras
• Provide on-site support to users in office and logistics environments
• Travel to other locations to support the business as needed

• Experience in technical troubleshooting and IT support
• Ability to work independently in an environment where days vary
• Comfortable interacting with users in a safe and clear manner
• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Driving license B
