About the Position

In the role of Infrastructure Specialist Development Tools and Packaging, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the team with packaging and improving our working methods and tools for developers. Currently, it is primarily Windows clients, but over time there will also be Linux clients for developers. You are used to working closely with the business to capture requirements and wishes. You have a strong interest in IT and are solution-oriented.

The position will also include:

• Developing and maintaining Svenska kraftnät's client platform
• Developing and maintaining clients for developers
• Application packaging
• Client installation
• Incident management
• Client hardening
• Maintaining and developing Security Baselines
• Automation and streamlining of the client platform
• Documentation

As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will belong to the Digital Workplace unit, which consists of 20 employees and consultants. The unit is responsible for the digital workplace at Svenska Kraftnät and manages parts of the underlying IT infrastructure. Within the unit, in addition to client developers, there are also colleagues responsible for AD, identity and access management, mail/chat, and equipment procurement, AD.

About You

Required Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you need to be solution-oriented, value delivering results, have good collaboration skills, and be able to relate to others in a responsive manner. There are many different parallel activities ongoing, and it is important that you have a structured working method and enjoy order and tidiness. Being able to communicate constructively and clearly is very important as you work closely with both IT colleagues and business specialists. You likely have experience working in a larger, more complex organization, preferably in a changing environment. You thrive on working closely with both your team and the business, often in close collaboration with employees from other parts of the organization.

It comes naturally to you to take responsibility and see that your and the team's assignments are part of a larger context.

Furthermore, you have an academic education with a focus on data/IT, systems science, or equivalent competence acquired in another way that Svenska kraftnät assesses as equivalent.

You also have:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the development and management of Windows clients and Windows environments
• At least 3 years of work experience in software packaging
• At least 3 years of work experience with developer clients and development tools
• At least 3 years of work experience managing clients with SCCM
• Experience building scripts in Powershell
• Experience with installation, configuration, and hardening of clients
• Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, switching, routing, and firewalls in data center environments)
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

It is preferable if you have knowledge and experience working with:

• Mobile Device Management
• VMware
• Group policy management
• M365/ Azure
• Experience working in an organization where security is especially important.
