Do you want to work with the operation and management of large data communication networks in a complex and critical environment?
About the role
You will be responsible for monitoring operational deliveries, setting requirements according to agreements, and handling and escalating incidents. You will operate in an environment with many points of contact.
Mandatory requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with large data communication networks (switching and routing)
- At least 5 years of experience in operations
- ITIL Foundation
- Experience in vendor management and follow-up
- Experience in multi-sourced environments
- Documented experience in leadership roles
Professional Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.
