We are looking for a broad and curious person to join our Requirements and Analysis team at Nordea. You will join a friendly and experienced team of IT analysts working across many compliance and risk related projects.

About our team
Meet the Requirements and Analysis team at Risk and Compliance Technology. Our role is to provide excellent robust and modern solutions related to Risk and Compliance. The team adds value by bringing all aspects of software development/procurement/implementation/operations into clear requirements, both functional and non-functional. We take pride in having broad knowledge on IT in general which is what brings success to any project we encounter.
This position is a fulltime permanent position, and can be based in Stockholm (Lindhagen), Sweden or Gdansk / Gdynia, Poland.
Main responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Working closely with Product Owners, Users, Solution Architects and Developers to define and refine epics, user stories and business requirements into technical design and working software, with high development standards and to implement some of the industry best practices
- Scoping data integrations and data transformation logic, reading from and writing to various databases and APIs, securing data completeness and data reconciliations, building microservices and deployment pipelines, and utilizing LLMs both in the actual solutions (e.g. data enrichment) and for support in your role as IT analyst
- Elements of testing as well as testability is indeed a part of the requirements

Your background and skills include:
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mathematics, or similar relevant disciplinary
- 3+ years professional experience from working as an IT Analyst or similar, preferably in a broad role including not only IT development but also project management and stakeholder communication
- Experience from ITIL Process work
- Professional experience from working with LLM
- Experience from working with Data modelling in the context of system integration
- Practical experience with Python development and configuration management
- Experience from working with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP), especially their serverless data storage & compute services as well as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform or Ansible
It would be ideal if you also have:
- Professional experience and / or knowledge of Agile, Scrum or SAFe including BizDevOps
- Experience from working with non-functional requirements on infrastructure
- Some experience from working with quality assurance testing
