Background The support line at our client has an external website that is now planned for further development. In connection with this, more interactive features will be introduced, including self-tests and various exercises to support visitors on their path to change. The support line for players and relatives needs to bring in a consultant for further development of our external website.

Assignment Description Main tasks

• Develop and further develop the support line's website in React/Next.js with Material UI and Strapi CMS.

• Ensure that the solution meets WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements.

• Participate in version control and code review in Git/GitHub.

• Work according to test-driven development and contribute to automated tests.

• Perform some backend development (Node.js/Strapi).

• Collaborate with in-house developers and UX resources.

Requested Competence Level Level 3 Knowledge: High competence in the field Experience: 4-8 years as a consultant in the field, is a role model for other consultants at a lower level. You should have been at level 2 for at least 2 years. Leadership: Takes responsibility for a sub-area, can lead a smaller group Independence: Can work independently

Competence Requirements for You as a Consultant 

• The consultant must have documented experience in system development and have worked with:

  • React and Next.js

  • Material UI

  • Strapi as a headless CMS

  • Version control with Git and GitHub-based workflows

  • Test-driven development (TDD)

  • UI/UX design

• The consultant must have worked with accessibility adaptation according to current WCAG standards.

• The consultant must have the ability to drive development work from requirements to delivery.

Scope & Location  You should be able to attend meetings at the client's premises as needed and upon request. The assignment is tentatively scheduled to start on 2026-03-10 and the scope is estimated to be about 400 hours for the entire year of 2026. The contract length is tentatively until 2027-03-09 with the possibility of extension up to 3 times for 12 months each extension.

The execution is tentatively remote but you should be able to attend meetings on-site as needed and upon request.

Reference Assignments Requirements: You must have completed two reference assignments of equivalent scope and complexity, unless the circumstances clearly warrant otherwise. They should be reported in a separate document called the reference appendix. To be considered valid, the information requested in the reference appendix must be included and clearly stated:

• It must pertain to assignments where you have had an active and independent role in the development work and not just participated in the assignment to a limited extent.

• It must have lasted for a continuous period of at least 6 months and have been completed within the last 3 years.
