We are looking for a service-oriented IT Support Technician who wants to be part of our client's wonderful and knowledgeable service desk. With us, you will work in an innovative company at the forefront, where you assist customers and users with technical questions, troubleshooting, and support in a modern IT environment.

In the role of IT Support Technician, you are a problem solver with varied tasks and challenges. You will have the opportunity to gain deeper insights into different IT environments and find solutions to more complex IT problems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting both hardware and software as well as handling incoming cases via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will work in a Windows environment with Microsoft 365 and manage account administration in Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive cases from their client's users and provide a good response.

  • Management of client computers, servers, and mobile phones.

  • Windows environment, Microsoft 365, and associated enterprise applications as well as administration in Active Directory.

  • Follow up and complete their users' cases with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and report recurring issues within their support delivery.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Strong interest in IT

  • Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus

  • Knowledge in areas such as Microsoft 365, networking, Windows Server, and hardware

  • Fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written

Start: Immediate start considering notice period. The assignment is full-time and permanent.

Location: Stockholm
