Summer Job in Record Management
We are looking for a summer employee who wants to help us with record management in our operational system. Do you have experience with SharePoint, the Office suite, and find it easy to get into new systems? With us, you will have the opportunity to use and further develop your skills.
About the Position
As a summer assistant in information management, you will work on creating structure and quality in the agency's documents. You will manage records in the operational system VHL, complete metadata in SharePoint libraries, and, if necessary, communicate with different parts of the organization to ensure that the information is correct and up to date.
In this role, you will gain practical experience in information management and digital document handling in a government agency, while contributing to making our information more accessible and useful.
The position is located in Stockholm.
About You
We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled in a university program, has good knowledge of the Office suite, Adobe PDF, and basic knowledge of SharePoint. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, and you also have experience in quickly adapting to new systems. Previous experience in database work is an advantage. You are expected to be available to work between weeks 26 and 29.
