Responsibilities

In the role of IT technician, you will work broadly with the operation, support, and development of the company's IT environment. You will handle everything from clients, networks to servers and administration in Microsoft 365. You will be an important part of creating structure, documentation, and stability while developing the IT environment for the future together with a close colleague.

You will work with:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of clients

• Administration in Microsoft 365

• Operation of servers in Windows, Microsoft SQL, and IIS

• Troubleshooting networks, infrastructure, and hardware

• User support with internal users

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary education in IT

• Previous experience in a broad IT role

• Previous experience with Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID, and network management

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
