Work as a Consultant/Interim Requirements Analyst. Analyze needs and develop information architecture!

The assignment is full-time from March 23, 2026, to March 22, 2028, with the possibility of extension. In this consulting assignment, you as a Requirements Analyst will work with our client in the public sector to develop Sweden's digital infrastructure. You will play a central role in analyzing, structuring, and concretizing needs related to information architecture, information modeling, and interoperability. At our client, you contribute to sustainable solutions for information exchange between authorities and other actors. The assignment is suitable for those who want to combine requirements analysis with technical understanding and work closely with architects and developers in a complex and socially important environment.

This is what you will do with us

• Capture and structure needs from multiple stakeholder groups
• Analyze needs in relation to existing digital infrastructure and dependencies
• Develop requirement specifications, technical specifications, and decision-making materials
• Translate business needs into solution architecture and clear requirements
• Work with concept and information modeling
• Ensure interoperability and API-based collaboration (REST)
• Contribute to long-term manageability and sustainable information exchange

Your team and workplace

In this assignment, you will work with our client in Stockholm alongside architects, developers, and business experts in digital infrastructure.

The stationing location is Stockholm. The assignment can be partially performed remotely, but you are expected to work on-site at least one day per week or when the business requires it. There is also an opportunity to work from the authority's office in Sundsvall for this assignment.

More about you

To thrive in this assignment, you should be comfortable in the consultant role and quickly adapt to a new assignment. You have the ability to adjust your communication according to the audience. You are structured, responsible, and see the value in achieving goals together with others.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst or specialist IT consultant (competency level 3)
• Documented experience from national or cross-sector digital infrastructure
• At least 5 years of experience in information modeling and concept modeling
• Experience in translating needs into requirements, specifications, and solution materials
• Good knowledge of information architecture, metadata, indexing, and addressing
• Experience with API-based architecture (REST) and integration patterns
• Experience from the public sector or other regulated activities
• Understanding of GDPR, information security, and legal frameworks
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience with national frameworks or building blocks within digital infrastructure
• Experience with interoperability, standards, and specification work
• Experience from feasibility studies or early phases of larger digital initiatives
