THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, governance models, and delivery structures that enhance the organization's efficiency, compliance, and business value. The work includes both strategic analysis and concrete implementation and follow-up. The work mainly consists of complex analytical and evaluative tasks, often with significant elements of planning and method development. The results of your work will regularly impact multiple units and departments.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Work strategically with investigative work and initiate and be responsible for the development of methods and working practices
• Plan, execute, and follow up complex and in-depth investigative assignments
• Develop and handle issues with organization-wide impact
• Analyze, evaluate, and report investigation results and make decisions or provide decision proposals in strategic matters
• Maintain and develop external contacts nationally and internationally
• Develop sourcing strategies and sourcing operating models
• Prepare and execute RFI, RFP
• Develop IT Operating Model and Service Delivery Model
• Establish governance structures and new working methods
• Conduct contract audits
• Lead and conduct negotiations for larger procurements
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CIO and management teams

You will be placed in the staff department of the IT and Digitalization division, one of nine divisions at the Riksbank. Here you can read more about the Riksbank's organization.

MORE ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with deep expertise in vendor management, service delivery, and IT governance, with very good knowledge of the underlying theories, principles, and governance models in the field. You have at least 15 years of qualified experience in sourcing, IT, and strategic consulting from both the public and private sectors. You should have experience in collaboration between Swedish authorities and complex organizations, as well as in driving change and establishing new working methods.

You also have experience in:

• Negotiating with global cloud providers (hyperscalers)
• Driving procurement of hybrid cloud environments
• Developing and negotiating complex agreements
• Leading procurement and delivery of system and operational services in mission-critical environments
• Developing vendor management structures within regulated activities
• Designing sourcing strategies and service delivery models for critical systems

As a person, you are strategic and have a broad and business-oriented perspective on issues. You are easy to collaborate with and are always perceived as listening and humble, despite your ability to drive, challenge, and achieve results in the organization.

Location: Office in central Stockholm
Working hours: Trust-based working hours
Possibility to work remotely: up to 2 days a week if the business allows
