IT Architect Infrastructure

We are now looking for an IT Architect Infrastructure for our IT department.

At the IT department, we are about 350 employees, and our socially important mission means we need to grow. As part of our IT department, you will work in a developing environment, focusing on employee engagement and new ideas. About the Job

The role mainly involves working with infrastructure architecture within the IT infrastructure unit to support the organization in achieving the most optimal infrastructure architecture from both a technical and economic perspective.

You will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, planning, documenting, and deciding on infrastructure architecture, as well as ensuring that the decided architecture is followed.

Our team of infrastructure architects currently consists of a handful of people, and we need to grow.

Our development within the IT department follows the SAFe framework. We are virtually organized in a train structure according to the SAFe framework, and there is an infrastructure train.

Your Profile

To thrive in the role of IT Architect Infrastructure with us, it is important that you have good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good collaboration abilities. You need to be able to take your own initiatives, have good judgment, and have a holistic view of the organization to be effective in the role.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and suitability for the role.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A minimum of high school education
• Very good knowledge of infrastructure architecture, servers, virtualization, containers, storage, and networks
• Good ability to document and present infrastructure architecture
• At least three years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have:

• A university degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with infrastructure architecture in a larger organization
• Experience working according to agile methods such as SAFe

Good to Know

The position is a permanent full-time employment, and we apply a 6-month probationary period.

The employment may be placed in a security class.

The location is Stockholm or Luleå.
