We are looking for a tester who will take overall responsibility in the team for test planning and test execution related to a product in a larger organization within the public sector. You will be an important part of ensuring quality throughout the development process, from requirements and strategy to implementation, follow-up, and improvement of the team's testing practices.

The assignment also includes an aspect where it may be relevant to evaluate and start test automation, focusing on regression testing.

• Understand requirements and needs and translate them into a clear test strategy
• Plan what will be tested and when, and choose appropriate test types and approaches
• Conduct manual tests
• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs, deficiencies, and deviations
• Collaborate closely with product owners, requirement setters, and developers, and if necessary, with other teams
• Support the team in improving and further developing testing practices
• If necessary, contribute to exploring opportunities for test automation, primarily regression tests

• At least four years of documented experience as a tester
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• At least six (6) months of practical experience in testing on the Pega platform
• At least six (6) months of practical experience in test automation with Playwright
