In this role, you will be an important part of a team working to ensure quality, traceability, and relevance in technical requirements and documentation for systems within ground support. You will operate in an agile environment and collaborate closely with roles in software development and delivery to ensure that technical materials are correct, updated, and aligned with the business goals.

• Manage, maintain, and ensure quality of requirements in DOORS, as well as ensure clear documentation and traceability.
• Lead and facilitate technical reviews to ensure that requirements and technical documents are correct and up to date.
• Create, update, and manage technical documentation for new and existing products.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Chief Product Owners, and Release Train Engineers regarding technical conditions and priorities.
• Contribute to improved working methods related to documentation, delivery, and requirements work, including release processes.

• Experience in requirements management in DOORS.
• Good knowledge of technical documentation and technical review.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with various roles in software development.
• Good communication skills and a structured, meticulous approach to work.
• Interest and experience in improving working methods related to documentation, delivery, and requirements work.
