We are looking for an experienced software developer for a project in the development of marine command systems. You will be part of a high-tech team working with real-time critical and embedded systems where performance, accuracy, and reliability are crucial. You will work in an agile environment and contribute throughout the entire development chain – from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and verification.

• Develop software for real-time critical and embedded systems.
• Develop and enhance algorithms focusing on numerical methods and combinatorics.
• Conduct performance optimization and profiling of systems and applications.
• Work with requirements management, design, implementation, testing, and verification.
• Contribute to the team through agile working methods and experience in team leadership.

• At least 8 years of experience in software development for real-time critical and embedded systems.
• Strong competence in algorithms, combinatorics, performance, and profiling.
• Experience with agile working methods and development that includes requirements management and testing.
• Good knowledge of one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Ada, Java, or C#.
• Ability to work systematically in complex and technically advanced system environments.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience from defense or security-classified system environments.
• Experience with simulation technology.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions.
