Type: Full-time

Experience level: Mid-level (3–5 years)

Join us on our data and analytics journey

We're a manufacturing company on a transformative data and analytics journey and we’re looking for a skilled data engineer to help us build the next generation data and analytics solutions. This role is critical in enabling actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the business, with a strong focus initially on development for our sustainability and financial data management.

What you’ll do

As a data engineer, you will:

  • Build solutions for capturing and processing data from business applications in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, enabling accurate reporting and advanced analytics across the organization.
  • Work within our data engineering team to develop and maintain the next generation data platform that supports data and analytics solutions and the emerging digital twin of our operations.
  • Work closely with business teams to generate insights that drive strategic initiatives across the organization, including performance optimization, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Support data needs across other areas of the company, from operations to finance and supply chain, helping to solve high-impact business problems.

What we’re looking for

You bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, preferably in a broad role touching multiple facets of building a data centric organization.
  • Proficiency in SQL and proven experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, and Snowflake)
  • Hands-on experience with data tools like dbt, Airflow and similar
  • Experience with data modeling, including designing scalable models to organize and integrate siloed data for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience building services for data ingestion in languages like python or Java.
  • A strong interest in analytics — you want your work to help the business ask better questions and make smarter decisions.
  • Experience with Power BI is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems is a plus.
  • A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and collaborative spirit.

Why this role matters

This isn’t just another data engineering role. You’ll be instrumental in enabling analytics that help us understand and improve business performance. You’ll join a team that values learning, innovation, and collaboration and play a key role in shaping a data-driven culture that drives meaningful change.

Join us

If you’re driven by data and inspired by the opportunity to make manufacturing smarter and more sustainable, we’d love to hear from you.
