A Swedish authority is about to implement a platform for e-archive. The assignment is a central part of the initiative and encompasses the entire journey from initial feasibility study and requirement deepening, through solution alternatives and possibly procurement support, to the implementation of the chosen platform.

As an IT architect, you will be responsible for architectural work at multiple levels through all phases. The role combines strategic and governing architectural work with a practical contribution to the implementation through development and configuration.

• Lead and develop solution architecture for the e-archive initiative through feasibility study, solution selection, and implementation
• Analyze and concretize requirements and develop and verify architectures that meet non-functional requirements
• Ensure that IT security is considered in architecture and development related to solution architectures
• Contribute operationally to the implementation through development, configuration, and rollout of the platform
• Work with architectural governance in an agile context, including collaboration with relevant frameworks
• Support the work with information modeling related to the solution

• At least 5 years of experience leading and developing solution architectures for both in-house development and standard platforms for business processes
• Experience in specifying, verifying, and creating solution architectures that support non-functional requirements
• Knowledge and experience in ensuring IT security within architecture and development related to solution architectures
• At least 5 years of experience in system development within .NET, Java, or similar programming languages
• Knowledge and experience in architecture and solutions in container-based environments, such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience and understanding of agile work and/or the SAFE framework in relation to architectural work and architectural governance
• Knowledge and understanding of information modeling
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• Experience leading and developing target architectures and roadmaps within authorities for modern diaries and/or archive solutions in hybrid environments with a focus on on-prem
• Knowledge of e-archive and diary regulations
• Experience in migration between IT systems in similar projects
• Experience from previous assignments in a larger authority and/or financial sector in a similar role within similar projects
